Note: this is a personal post. Since she is entitled to her own opinion, I am entitled to my own opinion too!

So there's this blogger chick who calls herself a "critique wrote something about me in a Beauty forum. This is what she said:

Translation: "Have you guys heard of withadriyah? She's ok too but for me she is not a "credible" guru. She is the type that will do everything and will use everything even if it doesn't suit her. There's just something about her approach that I'm not really convinced."

So I went to that forum and asked her why she thinks I am not credible and I also asked her what are those things she's talking about that I use or do that doesn't suit me? I mean I want to know of course.

I even commented on her blog post but she deleted my comment and I never got a response, instead she wrote a blog post.

So her blog post contains things that explaining about difference between a "critique" and a "hater".

Her main points are:

• She calls the people who defends their blogger friend a "FANTARD". She said, "If they read or heard that you said something about their beloved "idol", they will trash talk you.." 

A FANTARD?! What about an awesome blogger friend who just defends you from people who ARE ACTUALLY TALKING TRASH about you? I don't even considered them as fans. They are my friends who defends me because they know that person is wrong.

• She said, "critiques don't go around judging people coz of personal reasons, its because of what they do for a living or their hobby"

HELLO?! She just judge me right there and then telling me I'm not credible. Credible in what? What I do for a living? I am a Psychiatric Technician. Credible in what? Blogging? It's my personal blog, am I convincing you to buy anything? to wear anything? Credible in what? My beauty reviews? They are my personal experience! Not credible as a person? Now who is she to tell me that? Is she my friend? Does she know me personally? - NOT! She is not my boss, she is not PAYING ME TO BLOG! I am not even being compensated to BLOG! Goodness!! She also judges me and said I do everything and use everything even though it doesn't suit me. Uhm, what exactly is she talking about? What I wear? My make up? She is judging me for personal reasons isn't she?! Therefore she is not a critique because there she goes judging me in a beauty forum!

She calls herself a critique - so is she reviewing my blog? My personal blog? Like I said I am not getting paid to blog! Its like going to a house of a person you don't know then you'll tell another person you don't like the house because its ugly - in front of the owner of the house. Of course the owner of the house will tell you, who the f*** are you to say that? Are you paying my house?

• She mentioned two Youtube Gurus she loves. Those Youtube gurus get compensated. You basically compensate them by watching their videos. Go ahead, critique them because they make money out of you! It's like eating in a restaurant - you eat there, you pay, you didn't like the food. You can go ahead and complain all you can, you have the right because you paid for your food. 

..BUT do I get compensated? Do you pay me to blog? The answer is a BIG NO! -.- 

• She said that those two Youtube Gurus she loves "are not the type who'll do everything just for the sake of a review like jumping from one cream to another - what a great way to take care of your skin - NOT"

I do detailed review about certain products that I love or really hate to show you guys if the product works or not or even if its worth buying. It's completely my own personal experience and it has nothing to do whether I get that product for free or I bought it with my own money. I will show you whether it worked for me or not. So what EXACTLY does she mean by "the type who'll do everything just for the sake of a review"?

And also WHY DO PEOPLE JUMP FROM ONE CREAM TO ANOTHER? It's because the other cream didn't work! Its a common sense to switch creams if you think the other cream is not doing anything for your skin. I mean would you keep using a cream if its causing you breakouts? No, you'll move on and use another cream! How can you take care of your skin if you stay on that one product that doesn't work? Doesn't she know that? I guess.. - NOT!

• She said, "stop being a baby about it and accept that fact that nobody is perfect and we can't please everyone" 

I am not trying to please anybody! It's my personal blog like I said, I review whatever I want, I post whatever I like so who is she to even talk sh** like that? There's a saying, IF YOU HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO SAY, DON'T SAY NOTHING AT ALL"

• She said, "if you can't take criticism, minimize internet usage, delete your blog and talk to your pillows all day and night coz they are the only thing who will love you unconditionally"

She is the one who has nothing better to say so I suggest to talk to her pillow and talk sh** with that pillow all day! Delete my blog? hah. Again, WHO IS SHE?!

• She said, "haters are the one who'll blog, bash, vlog about a certain individual or businesses and attack them personally.."

Uhm, did you just define yourself right there? Am I not a certain individual? Withadriyah is not a company, a movie, a restaurant, or a product you can review or critique. I am Iyah and I am a blogger who blogs about my personal life, experiences, and products I like or hate.

Nakikibasa ka na nga lang, dami mo pang reklamo dyan!

Unless you are paying me to blog, I suggest you STFU! :]

Bling Bling

Hello ladies (and gents)! :) I should be studying right now. I have a test on Thursday and a quiz *yup same day* about Cardiovascular and Skeletal System. *SIGH* So I have tonight and tomorrow to study because Tues and Wednesday, I had to work. Grrr. damn. I don't know how to manage my time good because here I am checking my gmail and twitter. ahaha. Lame. and now posting something not important :P

My Blackberry Storm - getting used to it, I do have some complaints like it freezes, or the net is too slow or the battery doesnt lasts me all day (since I'm always on twitter and yahoo messenger at work). But I do love my phone :) So I want to get me a nice case but I can't seem to find one that I want, until I saw this on ebay: Check out the store: MY BLING THINGZ and RAN*SMILE

This is not for the Storm but it says on her site that she can make it for the storm. I fell in love with it because its Hello Kitty and it shines like no other :) I love shiny things! HAH! :) But buying this is like buying a phone! $179.99! Gah! So Swarovski crystals are that expensive?? Sheeshhh...

This one is for the Iphone but I'm sure she can also make one for the Storm. Isnt pretty? *gasp* and this one costs an arm and a leg too.. maybe plus the neck. :*( I wanttt ittt.. but too darn expensive! :(

You ladies who are expert in Swarovski *DSKNguyen and Mona* Is Swarovski Crystals really that expensive? I wonder if I could get some Swarovski and attempt to make one myself.. ahahah :)

Hello ladies! I hope everyone's okay.. :)

I have been in bed sick all day since yesterday. My nose is congested, I have a fever, my throat hurts so bad, I have a runny nose, and worse, I've been throwing up everything I eat. I guess no mall for me, no work, no nothing. :( I hate being sick! :( I hate taking medicine. I was going to enter Pink's contest but I don't feel like taking pictures when I'm sick. *SNIFF*

I also enrolled for school today. Damn, it was expensive! My books for only 1 class was $300+ already! Ahh! What about my Hello Kitty funds?? :( It makes me sad, and lazy to go back to school but I guess I have to! I wanna pursue my Nursing Career and hopefully will finish soon :)

The husband took me to the Urgent Care, there they put some IV on me for fluids because I cannot eat nor drink due to my sore throat. It gotten so worse but they cannot tell what's wrong with me. The results indicates that I'm negative with Strep. My fever went above 103.7 F and my pulse went up to 153! They gave me some shots for pain medications and something for swelling. I was throwing up here and there. I felt really bad. I'll be on bed rest for 3 days and will be taking antibiotics for 10 days. Sigh. I hate being sick :(

Skincare Update and More

I just wanna thank you all for supporting my mini make up sale :) Yay! Its almost gone & I'm very very happy :D
Update: So for the past few days, I've been working my ass for 16 hours/daily :) Yup! My eyebags are so huge, they won't fit under my eye anymore. haha! I usually gets home like 7am. I feel like a zombie! hahah! They better pay me good for all the hardwork I've been doing! Well, I'm planning to shop on Black Friday at the Outlets! :D Join me yeah? :)

Hah! I finally got my Sephora package today! I wasn't too crazy about the Nars Blush in Super Orgasm. It was very glittery. (or as the husband said, "it was very glittery & orgasmic" lol!) All those gold specs just gets into your cheeks and it doesn't look natural!!! Ahhh!! I'm going to exchange it with the Nars Blush in Orgasm. I will probably do that this weekend. Sigh. So much for the excitement! haha! I haven't opened the Dior HydrAction Moisturizer yet but I know I will like it for I tried it so many times already at Sephora. :) I also have not used the Shu Curler yet. I'll do a review soon.

Anyway, my face is coveered with LY-NA right now. Hah! I'm just loving this stuff :) I also tried another product today and I'll reveal it once I get results :p

Oh, I will reveal my skincare routine soon! I will do another post for that. Let me just give you a preview of my face before I started my skincare routine. & That included LYNA my dears :) I will replicate these BEFORE & AFTER Pictures on my next post :) For now, I give you these:

My before picture: OMGah! look at this picture of mine, I cannot even look at it. The husband said, "I don't remember you looking like this. I thought you are already pretty even before" Awwwww. hahah! *giggles* Look at the unevenness of my skintone, the dark circles, the blemishes all over my face, and the scars! yuck yuck yuck! & to think I used to use thick foundation!!! Ok, stop now! stop looking at me!!! *got paranoid*

My after picture: In this picture, I wasn't wearing any foundation. Nope, no foundation, no concealer. Just moisturizer and my blush of course :) See the freakin difference? Huge huge difference I tell ya!!! I cannot believe my eyes either. Haha. The dark circles are gone, no more concealer for me, the redness are gone, the scars are gone, no blemishes insight. Ahhhh. I love my skin right now, of course except when I get stupid red. Well, anyway, the LYNA had made my skin sooo much better than it used to be. Of course not just LYNA. *smiles*


Oh, are you guys excited for the MAC DAME EDNA COLLECTION that is coming out on Dec 26, 2008?? I was thinking of getting one of their lipgloss or lipstick to add to my lippie collection. You know me, a lippie addict! haha! Then I'm thinking of getting one palette and their beauty powder. I'm not sure yet, but damn, I love their packaging.

But you know what I'm more excited about??? It's the MAC & HELLO KITTY COLLABORATION! I would buy all of their products! Gah!! I heard it will be released on February 2009. I cannot wait. I already told the husband I will buy the whole collection :P

Sephora Wishlist

Hi ladieees! How was the Halloween? Hope everybody had a blast :) As for me, well, I worked the whole night til 7am. I worked 16 hours again. I need money to get ready for Thanksgiving Sale :p I had to shop for Christmas gifts for my love ones :D

Oh, don't forget to set your time later! :) Remember, at around 2am, we will have a fall back. So instead of 2am, it will go back to 1am. More sleep hours for us :) But then again, I don't really sleep that much. I feel like the girl in that movie "The Ring". "She doesn't sleep and she won't stop" Haha.

Anyway, I'm so excited about the Sephora FF Sale! :D I'll be breaking my "no-make-up-for-now" rule! Haha. I told myself, no more hauling til next month. I just can't help it. I know you addicts know what I'm talking about :p

I just don't know what to buy! I know I'll be getting the Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler. $19. I just don't know if the Shisheido one is better. I need to know your opinions ladies :) I really need a good eyelash curler :D (image credited to Sephora.com)
And since I don't use foundation, I'm also thinking of getting the Dior HydrAction Deep Hydration Skin Tint SPF 20. $38. I still have my Benefit "You Rebel Moisturizer, but I heard great reviews about this product and I just want to try it :) Actually, I tried it already at Sephora and it was OK. I still think the Giorgio Armani Face Fabric is better. So I'm not sure yet if I will get this one. :p (image credited to Sephora.com)
I also want the Nars Blush in Orgasm. $25. I've tried it at Sephora and it looks really great! :) I don't own any Nars and I just want this so bad. :p It's a very popular blush color. There's also this blush called Super Orgasm and I wonder if that's better. (image credited to Sephora.com)
That's all I'm eyeing at Sephora.com :) I'm also looking for a good liquid eyeliner. I'm tired of my L'oreal HIP Cream liner. It all dried out and I'm getting tired of wetting it everytime I need to use it :( So any suggestions for a good waterproof eyeliner?? Help me out! :)

Tranced = Detachment from one's physical surroundings, as in contemplation or daydreaming.

Sigh. I came home from work at around 9:30PM. Pretty early for me because usually I come home past 11pm or sometimes 7am the next day. Its dreadful! But I gotta do what I need to do to pay the bills and still get what I want. :p But I still don't get everything. I know, you can't have everything you want, but..but.. :(

Sometimes, whenever there's a downtime at work, I find myself daydreaming. Seriously, like there's no one around me. I usually think of things I want to buy or places I want to travel. Haha. Its weird. Sometimes, I would daydream about what I need/want to do the next day. Isn't weird? I don't know.. I've always been like that.

Oh, my boss/shift lead let me go early today because I only went to work for training. I'm training to be the next med room person at the hospital where I'm working. Being in the med room is pretty scary. If I make a mistake, oh, there goes my license. Haha.

Its already 1:02AM. It's officially HALLOWEEN!!! Happy Halloween to Everyone! Boo Me, I'm working today :/
I know you gals already have your costumes ready and all pumped up to go party. Lucky! :/ Anyway, since its halloween, there's a lot of scary movies on T.V. right now. I mentioned on one of my entries that I love watching Horror movies even though I get scared very easy! :/

What Scares me?
1. Huge roller coasters! Can you believe I've never been to Six flags magic mountain? I'm scared to go on those big coasters. I feel like I'm going to lose my breath up there. :/
2. Lake! I will never ever swim in a lake! I sometimes think there's something in that lake and will pull my leg down and drown me. And another thing why I'm scared of lakes is because my friend drowned in a lake just this year. :( Happy Slip even made a tribute video for him. :(
3. Clowns! I do not like clowns. I think they are scarier than dracula!

I think that's it. For now at least. Haha. :) Oh, my friend told me that there's going to be a 40% Sale for Friends and Family at Ulta on Saturday. I really don't know the details. I'm not planning on spending/buying anything right now, so I'll pass :)

Let me share an old picture of mine. This was taken last year (2007). Haha. Yeah I used to wear glasses. I switched to contacts, and now I'm thinking of getting a new pair of glasses. :)

My Lappy Broke + Overtime at Work

I'm so sorry ladies if I haven't replied to all your comments, right now I'm at work and I know I'm not suppose to check my blog here. LOL! But I just wanna let you guys know that I'm working 16 hours again today and yeah I'll be home later at around 7AM, but then I have work tomorrow again at 2:30Pm. Sucks! I have to work hard.. since now that my Lappy broke!!! Yeah, that's why I have not been online for like 2 days now! :( My lappy broke on me. I need a new one. I don't know when I'll be able to get a new one. Hopefully soon.

I apologized for those questions not answered, comments I have not replied to. I will get back to all of you when I go to OC this weekend. I will borrow my Bro-in-law's lappy and hopefully I'll be able to answer all those sweet comments you guys sent me :p

And for my subscribers on Youtube, I'm sorry if I have not replied to all of you :( I will announce the 3 winners as soon as I have access to the computer. Not now because this is my work's computer. They won't allow me to edit videos here. lol. But I promise, I'll do it as soon as I can. Please bear with me.
