Haul and Update :)

Hello lovelies!! It's been awhile since I did Haul posts and if you know me, you know I love reading about haul posts to see the latest buys and what's good to buy and what not.

This is a collective haul. Didn't buy it all in one day.

Note: I purchased everything in this post with my own money.

First off, is this Hard Candy Blush. I haven't bought any make up lately.. I'm glad of how I've become with make up. I used to buy weekly before. Now, lucky if I buy one or two item in a month =) I saw this one at walmart and thought that the packaging is cute. Reminds me of the blushes at Benefit. However, didn't like the brush. I use my MAC blush brush when applying this.

Then saw this at Intimate basics at the mall and thought it was really cute! Hello Kitty flannel shorts for only 2/$15! Great buy! Plus its super comfy :D

Another make up item I bought this month: Dior Lip Polish. It's not that pigmented but it makes my lips smooth. When my lips are dry, I just apply this and voila! My lips look smooth and hydrated :) I partner this with any lipstick. I love how its not sticky!

My guilty pleasure: Shoes! It was on sale for $70 at Nordstrom Rack. I love it so much! It was love at first wear! :D It's super comfy and when I first walk into it, my feet felt happy! LOL! No kidding! It was really comfortable like my rainbow flip flops! LOL! It's meant to be! Haha! Super love!!!

Then the hubby gave me a Panasonic Lumix DMC G3 for our bf/gf anniversary. It's so cute and small! It's very light and easy to carry around.

Don't know the settings yet but I'm trying to play with it little by little :D

and lately, been going out a lot with my co-workers! Fun people to be with. They make my work place bearable, with all those crazy people there. :) Work place is so much easier when you are friends with the people around you. ♥ So sometimes, we bond outside work.

Update from Work

Hi guys!! I'm blogging through my iPhone.. This is the 1st time I tried updating from my phone.. I'm currently at work doing Another 16 hours.. Another sleepless night!

I haven't read any of my blogger mates' entries & I miss you all.. Life has been pretty busy lately. It's been so stressful especially this month.

After a month long of apartment hunting, we finally found a place to stay.. It's located in a very nice area however I won't call it my "dream place" to be because it doesn't Have a walk in closet or a huge bath tub and all the things you want in a house. But it's pretty decent and not that expensive so I'm still thankful for what God has given me :] at least I'm not a homeless like thousands of people out there :[


We are moving on Oct 01.. So it's going to be a pretty busy week then my aunt from London is coming to visit on the 12th & she'll be staying with us.

Also it's been more than a month since I started the "no make up buy" thing, and so far so good. Adrian offered me lots of times to buy me make up but I refused. It's okay.. I can wait.. I let go of some things that I don't use that much so I can save for our new place.

I'm breaking out on my forehead - probably due to stress and having sleepless nights. I don't like it.. feeling so depressed. My self esteem has gone low.

I only have 1 day off this week (Sunday) but I gotta pack my things so I can't really go out and enjoy yet..

BBSD Prizes + Circle Lenses

Hello Everyone!!! I am so stoked about the packages I've received this week!! So let's start with my prize from Beauty Blog Sale Directory (BBSD) Ms. J.Rose had a contest give away when BBSD 1st started and that is to spread the word. I made the BBSD its own place at my side bar so people can always visit BBSD at any time.

Imagine how excited I was when I saw this? I was twittering when I saw that she announced the winner so I went ahead and checked it. I was like "OMG OMG OMG I won!!!" Must be my lucky month this week! ^^

Hurricane Popcorn! Reminds me of WuzzyAngel ^^ and she added some extra things. Thank You so much J.Rose! You are so generous! ^^

This is freaking sold out at Nordstrom so I'm so blessed to be able to get this palette!! It's just so pretty and its "work appropriate". I can actually use this everyday for my everyday make up ^^

Then the 2nd package I received is from Mesmerizedeyes.blogspot.com. I got the Tear lenses in Brown. I now have 2 Circle Lenses. The other one is the Geo Angels in Brown.

I can only wear them for 3 hours maximum. I have astigmatism and my eyes can't breathe so I re-wet them every 30 minutes. They are very comfortable though. Its not like my Toric lenses which are very hard. These ones are very soft. I like how they look like ^^

Here's the review I made last month. My opinions are still the same, except that I noticed that when the weather is so humid, my eyes tend to dry faster and I had to re-wet them using my eye drops.



Anyway, I decided to paint my nails. Kinda messy. Just practicing with my Art Deco Nail Polish.

Also, thank you guys for voting on my poll. That helps a lot for me to decide what to post on my blog. 78 of you thinks I should stop blogging about my personal life. I am with you guys ^^ but then 386 of my lovelies wants me to continue blogging about my personal life so I will ^^ I love making my readers happy! ^^

So since you guys voted that I should continue blogging about my personal life, here's what happened today!

I was pissed at somebody from work because I was suppose to leave at a certain time but he wouldn't let me just because I was the shift lead. I told him, I'm leaving and that will leave him as the shift lead relieve, but he was being an ass! Ugh. I told my boss about him and they will give him some attitude adjustment. Ha-Ha!

Quick Update & My growing MAC Brush Collection

Hi ladies and gents.. I have been M.I.A.! I know.. I have been working 16 hours for 3 days straight and today, I only worked 7 hours, so I was able to update. It's my "Friday" tomorrow and I'm just too excited to sleep! haha.. I missed you guys and I miss reading the blog entries. I will start reading tomorrow. As for now, I need to doze off! But before that.. I'll just show you guys what I did/bought this week.

So I got 3 brushes! I'm too excited to complete my MAC Brush Collection! I remember that my 1st MAC brush is the 217. Of course, I already had my mini brush set before but 217 is one of my very 1st full size brush.

Question:

1. How do you guys maintain the names/numbers on the handle so it won't come off?
2. What do you guys use to clean your mac brushes?

Anyway, these are the 3 brushes i got recently.. I am so excited for these 3 brushes! I've been lemming for the MAC 150 and 109 for so long, I finally got it!! Wooohooo! :) and yeah I got the 131 just because its LE. haha. I love the brush so far. :)

..and now to my growing MAC brush collection!! Yay! :) I'm so happy.. I spot clean them already and they look so beautiful.. I'm sure you guys know the names/numbers by heart. I still forget the numbers.. ahahah! I want MORE!!! Next one I'm going to buy is the 188, 219 and possibly 226. :) I dunno where to store them yet. The brush roll that I bought from Yumeko is nice but the MAC 15o does not fit in there. Too tall. :( Where do you guys keep yours aside from the Sephora brush holder thingy?

I also bought the MAC brush cleaner.. this is my 2nd bottle! Yay! :)

My attempt to do pink french tips :P My nails is so brittle, they break easily. People asked me, "are those acrylics?" lol. NO!!!! It's my real nails silly!

Then May of http://maysbeautyobession.blogspot.com/ sent me a surprise love pack! She is just too sneaky!! I love her! She's the one who gave me my 1st Whitia Mask & now I'm hooked! Must buy at the Sasa.com soon! :P I love the HK origami she sent me. So cute! :) Thanks May for the lovely surprise! :)

Then Adrian and I went to San Clemente to get some RAINBOW flip flops. Ria told me that if you live in Cali, you must own at least one pair for Rainbow! :P Love that girl! :)

I got the TAN color and Adrian got the blue black one :) Definitely going back for more.. It's just so comfy! I love it :)

Then got this at Charlotte Russe :)

I can't say I'm done shopping because retail therapy does wonders.. lol. But I gotta stop.. working 16 hours make me realize I need to value my money and SAVE!!! Still lemming for some products (Refer to my wishlist) *sigh*

Bling Bling

Hello ladies (and gents)! :) I should be studying right now. I have a test on Thursday and a quiz *yup same day* about Cardiovascular and Skeletal System. *SIGH* So I have tonight and tomorrow to study because Tues and Wednesday, I had to work. Grrr. damn. I don't know how to manage my time good because here I am checking my gmail and twitter. ahaha. Lame. and now posting something not important :P

My Blackberry Storm - getting used to it, I do have some complaints like it freezes, or the net is too slow or the battery doesnt lasts me all day (since I'm always on twitter and yahoo messenger at work). But I do love my phone :) So I want to get me a nice case but I can't seem to find one that I want, until I saw this on ebay: Check out the store: MY BLING THINGZ and RAN*SMILE

This is not for the Storm but it says on her site that she can make it for the storm. I fell in love with it because its Hello Kitty and it shines like no other :) I love shiny things! HAH! :) But buying this is like buying a phone! $179.99! Gah! So Swarovski crystals are that expensive?? Sheeshhh...

This one is for the Iphone but I'm sure she can also make one for the Storm. Isnt pretty? *gasp* and this one costs an arm and a leg too.. maybe plus the neck. :*( I wanttt ittt.. but too darn expensive! :(

You ladies who are expert in Swarovski *DSKNguyen and Mona* Is Swarovski Crystals really that expensive? I wonder if I could get some Swarovski and attempt to make one myself.. ahahah :)

Hello Kitty Madness and Some Updates

Omgoodness! I feel like I haven't been on blogger for sooo long! I lurked, but that's just it. I commented on some but I haven't really been paying attention or reading my my blogger gal's entries. I miss you so much ladies!!!

Where I have been?? Well, School and work is taking so much of my time. I didn't know its so hard to work and go to school at the same time. I can't really focus. :( The good thing is I passed my 1st long exam. But I have another one coming up (Thursday) so wish me luck for that because my anxiety is increasing as days pass by :( Oh, this is the 9th day of my "no make up haulin" I'm proud of myself but it is depressing at the same time :(

THE PINK BAG

One day, I went to work really stressed out, then one of my co-workers (who I barely talk to, or let's just say, we don't usually talk) gave me a pretty pink bag with a hello kitty on the front. Imagine my excitement??? Haha! I was thinking, "OMGosh What's the occasion?? Did I do something for her to give me this??" There was a note inside that says, "I thought I'd share with you my love for Hello Kitty.. Welcome to the club :)" I thought it was really sweet. She noticed the frame of my plate number and that's how she knew that I love hello kitty. Plus my car's rugs and steering wheel are all hello kitty. :)

SO WHAT'S INSIDE THE PINK BAG??

She gave me this Hello Kitty Bag, and I'm glad because I wasn't able to get the bag/vanity case from the MAC Hello Kitty Collection. I can put my make up in here. Yay! She also put some bubble bath and lotion inside. Also she gave me some hello kitty stickers. The other one I got at the Kitty House located at Irvine :)

She also put some miscellaneous stuff in there like Hello Kitty lipgloss, Cellphone charm, candies, and chocolates. I really love them. I already ate the Ghiradelli's! lol!

This is my favorite!!! It is a compact mirror with hello kitty crystals in front of it. Kinda similar to the MAC Hello Kitty Kouture compact. So now, I don't have a reason to get that ridicolously overpriced compact that they're selling. :p Look how cute! It even has a black case. :)

I thought I'd share with you guys my screen saver for my MACBook. Please show me how I can costumize my desktop.

Thursday afternoon, the husband and I went to Kitty House. They have lots of Hello Kitty things there and I felt like I was in heaven. lol. Its so expensive though. :( I only got 2 things which are the stickers and a cellphone pad :) Its so cute. Haha!

ARE YOU TIPSY YET??

So, the husband and I went to a party with my co-workers and friends. I didn't feel like dressing up and I was not feeling well. lol. So here are some pictures of us.
