11.11.11

"Hello everyone!! First time blogging on my iPhone.. I'm using the app called "blogger".. Let's see if this will be okay.. Hahah! I wanted to blog since yesterday but I slept almost the whole day and I'm still very tired..


I'm at work right now.. Usually we don't have signal here but I got lucky so yeah here I am blogging on our down time! Yay!!!" --This has been sitting on my draft for a few days now.. Yeah talk about being a major procrastinator. I am so ashamed! Anyway, I just want to share with you guys  my 11.11.11 Weekend. Did you make a wish? I surely did. I didn't wish on anything particular though. Just something for me and my family's benefit, and no I did not wish for world peace. Maybe I should have. :P

Anyway, we started the midnight of 11.11.11 with a movie/wine night with my friend Kim. We were watching this Tagalog scary movie. It was funny and scary at the same time. :P We were also drinking Stella Rosa -- my favorite wine of all time!

Then in the morning when we woke up, we were joined by my hubby and his friend Jez and we went to Monrovia. I took a bottle of Stella Rosa (white this time) with me so we can drink at the hotel. Hehe!

For some reason, I love staying at the hotels. Why? Because when you come back, everything is clean again. Bed sheets are nice and fresh and I dunno, it's just so relaxing! Wish I have a maid. Hahaha!

I cut my hair since the last time I post about my hair care, but it's getting long again. I don't want to cut it again this time. I want it longer. :) 

Also I have gained weight. I dunno if you guys can tell but I was 118 lbs in the picture below. Right now I'm 115 lbs. My weight goes yoyo between 114 - 118 lbs, it's crazy. Btw, I'm 5'2" so my ideal weight should be is 108 - 121 lbs.

After hanging out at the hotel, we decided to go to Glendale Galleria. Bought a few stuff there. I don't even remember what I got. I think I got some cute ankle boots from Forever21. It was really cheap and best of all, it was comfy so I bought it :) I'll show in a much later post. :P

Then I was looking for a sweatshirt or a nice MP (Manny Pacquiao) Jacket and saw this. It was so expensive so I didn't buy it. XP It was like $85! So pricey! I'll just wait for the sale. Hahaha! But I'm loving the color red lately.

I also bought this sweatshirt from Forever21. Sooooo cute!! Why do I get crazy over HK? I dunno either..

Biggest purchase of the day is this MACBOOK AIR. Since it's our "month-sary" that day, and it's 11.11.11, once in a lifetime date.. we decided to treat each other and bought this laptop. It's been awesome. Now we don't have to fight who uses the macbook! Hahaha! I love apple computers. Best ever! I had my old one (macbook) for 3 years now and it never crashed, it never slowed down and best of all, no virus!!!

Saw this at Tokyo store there and got it. Such cute eyelashes! and It's Hello Kitty!! *squeals* i need to go back there and buy some more. I'm loving the thin band. It doesn't poke my eyes.

Then we also went to The Americana Brand. Such a nice mall with super expensive stores. Hahah! I didn't buy anything. Just went walking.

Anyway, that concludes my day that day. It was awesome!!! :) and the next day MANNY PACQUAIO WON! Congratulations!! Filipino Pride. Although it was such a close fight, and made me held my breath, I'm glad he won. Hey, statistics don't lie. That's all I can say! Hahaha!

Collective Haul :)

Ahhh!! Finally an update.. I feel like I haven't been on blogger for weeks now. Is it weeks? But for sure I haven't commented or blog-hopped for a long time. I seriously miss blogging and to think I vowed to blog more this year *tsk tsk* I'm so lame :( 

Hmmm.. Oh, I'm going to IMATS this year! I don't remember why I didn't go last year, but I'm happy that I am going this year with Angelique and hopefully I'll see some of you there :) I'm sure, like the last time I went there, it will be fun!!

My personal life has been changing.. lots of changes.. It's making me dizzy! Work has been the same, still crazy, My love life - has its ups and downs but I'm proud to say we're happy. There are days that I get depressed, get ungrateful about everything but I'm glad where I am today..

I got the 5 shatters (I already have the black and silver one) recently.

Then I also got this Nubar "Silver Veil" So pretty!! ^^ I love glitter polishes!

Here are my nail polishes so far. Not to bad eh? LOL. Adrian said I have too much and some of those, I haven't even tried. I remember 2 years ago, I wanted an OPI so bad but they were so expensive. Thanks to some of my blogger friends, my collection has expanded and I just kept on adding more and more to it :)

I used my China Glaze White Crackle, and an OPI pink nail polish (forgot the name) under it. Then I topped it off with Sephora OPI Go for Gold :)

I have so much stuff to review!! One of them is this Milky Way Circle Lens in Violet from eyecandylens.com. I can't wait to see how comfortable these lens are :)

The because of Eki (love her a lot!) I was enabled to buy some clothes from http://www.soyfashion.com. They have really nice items for a reasonable price, and it came so quick! They're from Long Beach so it didn't take long before I can get the clothes that I ordered :) I'm so excited to wear them and take pictures using them :D Will review the clothes more later :)

One of the clothing item that I bought is this pretty Lolita Lace Sleeveless Dress. Got one in white and black color. Such a pretty dress!!! I hope I can pull it off :P

Forever 21 Clothing Haul & Happy Anniv! ♥

Hello again! ♥ Today (well, technically yesterday 1.11.2011) is the hubby and me's 3rd wedding anniversary. We'd been dating almost 5 years now, married for 3 years. We never broke up and hopefully never will. Haha!! Anyway, here's how our day went:

We went to Fashion Island at Newport Beach. Can you believe it's my first time going there? Haha!! I liked it so  much!

Do you notice anything? Where are the people? Hahaha! There weren't so much people when we were there. I guess being the weekday, people are either at work or already resting. Great for me. I don't like crowds that much :P

They even have a Koi pond there! big Koi fishes!! ^^

I also went to INGLOT and saw gorgeous eyeshadows there!! For $45/10 pan palette, I think its worth it!! Their pigmentation is crazy like NARS eyeshadows! Even better than MAC in my opinion. Cheaper too if you think about it. You can choose what color you want in your palette. I think my next eyeshadow addiction would be INGLOT -_- I am going back on Monday there to get a palette. LOL!

We went to Forever 21 there (i like how its more organize there than the F21 in Ontario Mills! lol). I was only going to  buy some tights/leggings but I ended up with some pieces I don't know where to wear! Hahaha!! Well, in fairness, I haven't shopped for clothes since I got back from my Singapore-Philippine Vacation :)

After the short shopping trip, we got hungry. Our anniversary was kept simple. It's recession time in our little family and we want to save as much as possible :)

Shhh.. don't tell him but I have a very HUGE crush on him ♥

We went to eat at Claim Jumper besides South Coast Plaza. He got some blended margarita and I got some Woodbridge Merlot (i didn't like it that much!)

Their steak is so good.

I ordered my favorite - Lobster Tail with Baked Potato on the side. & oh steak too.

Overall, I had a great time today. Tomorrow is another day at work. *sigh*
