Bangs & my addiction

Hellooo Ladiess! Its been a while since I updated my blog. :/ School & Work keep me pretty occupied :( Fortunately, I passed my exam yesterday. :) That is why I've been bad and broke my "no make haul" rule. Haha! :) Thanks to Adrian who always tolerates my "addiction". :) I seriously need to attend on some kinda Makeup-aholic Anonymous thing because when I put myself on a "no make up haul" rule, I felt really sad. Haha. Adrian even said, GET OVER IT! lol.

So, I went make up haulin! Yessss... haha! I felt like a fish in the ocean. Happy swimming at the mall. lol.

BREAKING THE NO MAKE UP RULE

I went to MAC yesterday to check out the Kitty Kouture Collection, and wow it is sooo expensive :( My poor debit card is shouting with pain when I swiped her. :( I wanted both dazzleglasses but I know its too much. I got Dazzlepuss instead. Its a pretty pink color with lots of glitters. :) The thing that I like about it is the Hello Kitty Chain is removable. I can remove it & attach to other lipglasses :) Oh yeah, I wanted the compact sooo bad especially when I learned that it is refillable & that blush refills fit in that compact. :(

I also got Blacktrack. Thanks to Tina Marie who recommended me this :) Girl, you are such an enabler! Haha! Hopefully it won't dry out like my HIP Cream liner :/

The MUA also put make up on me using the Hello Kitty Too Dolly palette. At 1st I didn't like it, but Adrian said it looked nice. :p She put the concealer all over my face. lol. Its the 1st time I ever tried that. Good thing, no break outs! It totally covered all of my blemishes :p
Diana aka Paperdollrevenge is the one who told me about this amazing store at Brea. The store is called The Primping Parleur. They carry Paul & Joe, Kevin Aucoin, Becca and much more products. So Adrian drove me there yesterday to get this blush I've been lemming for month! Haha! :) I finally got the Paul & Joe Disney Blush in Bambi. The color payoff is sooo pretty! I'm in love :) Yay for my 1st Paul & Joe! :D

I went to Ontario Mills to see what's new at the CCO (this was Wednesday) and saw lots of new eyeshadows! I screamed when I saw Heatherette Trio! lol! I wasn't able to get anything from Heatherette so I was happy when I saw this palette :) I also got this eyeshadow called "Alum" I never heard of it & I don't know what collection it came from, but its a pretty gray color. :)

Then I went to Amore Store to get something for my swap with Annie :) Yup! My very 1st swap. But the things I got her is not included in this picture. The lashes by the way are for my co-worker. I'm giving her 2 of them, and the other 2 are mine!! Haha! :)

I told you guys I've been bad and deserved to be punish! *spank* *spank* :/



CHOP THAT HAIR OFF!

This morning, I woke up at around 11 something to call for a haircut appoinment. My hair has been flat & dry so I thought, why not get a trim :) My appoinment was at 2pm, so before that, we went to Jollibee at Moval. I didn't know there was a Jollibee near us! Haha! So I was pretty stoked about it :) I love my Burger Steak meal :)

Getting my hair cut.. pretty scary! I always gets scared when I get my hair cut because I always think they might make a mistake & cut all of my hair off. :/ I've had bad haircuts before.

So this is the before picture. No bangs, just straight flat hair with long layers.

AFTER

This is the after picture. Yup! I got bangs again! Haha. Oh how I miss having bangs :P As you can see, she curled my hair too :p And put some short layers. Oh the blonde streak that you see in the 1st picture, I was just trying the clip on highlights. :)

Trying to do the side swept bangs :) Eeek, don't mind my acne scar on my cheeks. I wish they fade soon. :/

I also got some shirts from Wetseal. They're Buy 1 Get 1 50% off. :) The 1st shirt says, "This is seriously messed up" lol. Its cute. & Of coure a Hello Kitty Shirt :)

Hello Kitty Madness and Some Updates

Omgoodness! I feel like I haven't been on blogger for sooo long! I lurked, but that's just it. I commented on some but I haven't really been paying attention or reading my my blogger gal's entries. I miss you so much ladies!!!

Where I have been?? Well, School and work is taking so much of my time. I didn't know its so hard to work and go to school at the same time. I can't really focus. :( The good thing is I passed my 1st long exam. But I have another one coming up (Thursday) so wish me luck for that because my anxiety is increasing as days pass by :( Oh, this is the 9th day of my "no make up haulin" I'm proud of myself but it is depressing at the same time :(

THE PINK BAG

One day, I went to work really stressed out, then one of my co-workers (who I barely talk to, or let's just say, we don't usually talk) gave me a pretty pink bag with a hello kitty on the front. Imagine my excitement??? Haha! I was thinking, "OMGosh What's the occasion?? Did I do something for her to give me this??" There was a note inside that says, "I thought I'd share with you my love for Hello Kitty.. Welcome to the club :)" I thought it was really sweet. She noticed the frame of my plate number and that's how she knew that I love hello kitty. Plus my car's rugs and steering wheel are all hello kitty. :)

SO WHAT'S INSIDE THE PINK BAG??

She gave me this Hello Kitty Bag, and I'm glad because I wasn't able to get the bag/vanity case from the MAC Hello Kitty Collection. I can put my make up in here. Yay! She also put some bubble bath and lotion inside. Also she gave me some hello kitty stickers. The other one I got at the Kitty House located at Irvine :)

She also put some miscellaneous stuff in there like Hello Kitty lipgloss, Cellphone charm, candies, and chocolates. I really love them. I already ate the Ghiradelli's! lol!

This is my favorite!!! It is a compact mirror with hello kitty crystals in front of it. Kinda similar to the MAC Hello Kitty Kouture compact. So now, I don't have a reason to get that ridicolously overpriced compact that they're selling. :p Look how cute! It even has a black case. :)

I thought I'd share with you guys my screen saver for my MACBook. Please show me how I can costumize my desktop.

Thursday afternoon, the husband and I went to Kitty House. They have lots of Hello Kitty things there and I felt like I was in heaven. lol. Its so expensive though. :( I only got 2 things which are the stickers and a cellphone pad :) Its so cute. Haha!

So, the husband and I went to a party with my co-workers and friends. I didn't feel like dressing up and I was not feeling well. lol. So here are some pictures of us.

Hi ladiess!! How are you guys today? *big grin* I finally wore my Hello Kitty Strayin Lipstick and I love it!! I just used it lightly and now I want a back up! :) Here's a pic of me wearing Strayin. :)

A BAD DAY TURNED NICE

So Yesterday morning I had my big test at School. I thought I was prepared for it. I mean I studied by butt off all night and day for that test. When I was reading the questions, I felt uneasy. A feeling I've never had before.. I thought to myself, "What the F are these questions? I've never even read about them before." Turns out that what I've been studying is completely wrong? I mean, some things I read from my book came out on the test alright but not all of it. I was completely devastated. I got out of that classroom, ready to cry.

Adrian picked me up and asked how was my test. I almost cried and I told him what happened. He told me I'll be fine. We went to eat at this Filipino restaurant then he told me we're going somewhere. I said Okay.

DO YOU LIKE GETTING MASSAGES?

I fell asleep while he was driving. When I woke up, there we are at Diamonds Bar. I said "What are we doing here?" He said to wait. Then he drove in to this plaza and there he lead me to this place where they do massages. Ohhh he's treating me to a massage! Yay! I soo need it after that stressful week.

Both of us got a massage. I got a foot massage which wasn't bad. I also got my neck and head massages and of course my hands. But when it was my whole body's turn to get a massage, that's when I felt uneasy. lol. I don't like strangers touching my butt area. Haha. Ok I'm weird maybe but that's when I found out that I don't like getting massages from other people. :p

So I told my husband I wasnt happy about the massage (and I was still thankful for his effort to make me feel better. I love you Adrian) and that I want to go home. After a few minutes, we decided to go to Brea. He told me to go get my HK tote bag at the MAC Pro Store there but the only thing i did not get from that collection is the HK TLC "Pink Fish" and they were sold out!!

I got more sad than ever. I know Adrian was probably annoyed at that time because he was trying his best to make me smile but the whole time I was irritated and unhappy. :(

SOUTH COAST SURPRISE

He then told me we are going to South Coast to just look around. He brought me to Gucci store. I saw this bag and I fell in love with it. I told him, "this bag looks cute right?" I saw it online too and I thought it was really cute. He said, "yeah but its expensive." Then again, we went to LV Store and didn't see anything I like. Then to Burberry Store. I didn't see anything too.

I was getting tired and last stop would be the MAC Pro Store to get TLC Pink Fish. I told him, I wanna go to the Pro store and he told me he needs to go to the bathroom real bad. I said OK. So I went to the Pro Store and was swatching things there. After 20 minutes, he's still not back from the restroom! I already got the Pink Fish and he's still not back! I called him twice and he did not answered. He then called me back and asked me if I called. I was getting mad already. haha. He said he was just looking at some things at the Sony Store. I told him to hurry up so we can go to his Brother's house.

When I turned around, he was there standing, holding a big shopping bag. A gucci shopping bag! I was like, "What how? What in the world??" I coudn't believe it!! He got it! He's so sneaky! Haha! I was soooo happy! It was the best surprise ever to make his wifey smile. Haha. I still coudn't believe it. He got it for me. He told me, "Okay, whenever we go to the mall and I go to the restroom, don't be expecting that I'll be holding another bag of this okay?" Hahah! I said, OK!

So here it is!! Yay I was too excited to open it. I opened it very carefully :)

Yay!! Here it is!! My New found love. maybe I'll get addicted to purses next?? Maybe I'll stop haulin make up and collect purses instead. haha. Ohh the euphoric feeling when I saw this bag! :)

Here you can see how huge the bag is. I love big bags! :D Sorry, my mirror is nasty! Haha.

HAUL

So here's my Tote bag I got and the bottom picture is the TLC in Pink Fish. The TLC looks so puprle on me. Fashion Mews l/s is way better than this TLC. I didn't really like the color on me. I look so pale with it. I will probably exchange it with the HK Lipstick in Strayin.


I also went to Sephora to spend my giftcard so I got the Benefit Eye Con then they gave me this Givency primer as a sample. I got the Eye Con for the husband for his dark circles. :) Hopefully it will work. Will let you guys know.

Post Valentines Day

HAPPY LATE VALENTINES DAY!!!

Valentines Update:
I know this post has been 2 days late :p But I wanna post this entry anyway. :) So, as some of you know, Adrian and I both worked on Valentines Day (February 14) so we decided to go out last Friday (February 13)...

...we went to this Thai Restaurant near Victoria Gardens and ordered my favorite dish there. "trout" :) I forgot to take pictures of the main dishes. :( But I managed to take a pic of the dessert. Haha. Its so cute, and yummy....


...After the late lunch, we went to Ontario Mills and watched "Confessions of A Shopaholic" It was a really cute and romantic movie. Perfect for that day. Also made me realize the importance of having a "good credit" and not to spend so much on things that is not necessary. teeheehee! But its so much different from the book. The settings, friends, suitor, etc. I think I enjoyed the book more because of the different twist, so I recommend to watch the movie 1st before reading the book. Overall, I still recommend the movie :) "You speak PRADA?" :p

....After that, we decided to go to the mall, but I didn't buy anything! YAY! :) Then I saw this rainbow on the way home. I was like "wow! A full rainbow! From the beginning to the end!" Sooo pretty! Much better in person. :)

That was actually it. We kept it really simple, but Adrian said he'll make it up once we are both off again :p Hmmmm... I wonder whats his plan! Haha! :) Its actually our 3rd Valentines together now as being together.

Work Update:
They decrease our hours too. They took away 2 days/month without pay, and its gonna be hard to get overtimes too. This will go on til June 2010. :(
School Update:
So far so good. I will have my 1st accumulative test on Thursday. So much information, so little time. Seriously, I cannot concentrate because of work. Its too hard for me to understand what the heck I was reading. Hopefully I'll pass my test. :(

Its been a stressful week. Too much homework too. Blogger is one of my way of releasing stress but I still feel awfully stress! Hmmm.. :( Hopefully next week will be better.
