Make Up Haul and Hana Misikko + Update

Hellooooooo again!! ^^ How do you guys like my new banner. Ew, I know kind of vain having my huge picture plastered in the front like that. Hahah! :)

Hmmm.. updates updates.. I wanna change the layout of my blog. But i cannot find anything similar. I kind of want a white one with a little touch of pink. I like something simple but cute.

Hmmm.. what else? Oh yeah, been working like crazy again. 16 hour shifts are back with revenge because I just worked 4 days of that shift back to back last week. I fully enjoy my days off because I'd get to sleep in hence the lack of updates because on my days off, I'm working as sleeping beauty. LOL!

I also preorder the iPhone4s. I was kind of disappointed that it wasn't the iPhone5. I wanted to wait for that 5 but my 3Gs is slowly giving up on me. I loved my 3Gs so much though. We've been together through thick and thin.

Anyway, these are the stuff I got lately..

Saw this at the CCO and well, I'm loving red lipstick for Fall. This is from the Venomous Villains collection from last year. This lipstick is called Heartless :3

Then Inglot palette! This whole palette costs $30.00 I love the palette itself because it's so sleek. I chose these 5 colors.

I chose neutral colors :)

Then I ran out of my MAC blacktrack but wasn't willing to pay for it for now, so I got a cheaper version. Hope it works the same. Haha!

Then I downgraded to a cheaper mascara. Yup, from YSL Faux cils to Maybelline. Heehee! I'm on a budget. :P

Oh, also this box came this week! So excited to play with it. My hair is straight so I'll see if I can curl using this. The packaging is love!! Blogger Meet Up ♥ & Haul

Last December 11 (I know, I'm a bit late already☹) I met up with May http://maysbeautyobession.blogspot.com/ whom I've known (through blogger) for quite some time now. We have been talking through blogger, email, twitter and even text. She is very sweet, caring and nice. We have never lost communication even though both of us have been busy outside blogger. There's only few that always keep in touch with me and I'm thankful for those girls who has been really thoughtful ☺ May is one of them. She's the first one who got me hooked on sheet mask. It all started with "Whitia Mask" hahaha.. Since then we've become blogger friends and as the months, years went by, I have consider her now one of my girl-friends whom I know I can trust.

We went to Guppy's of course. We also met up with Diana http://paperdollrevenge.blogspot.com/ who offered to drive us around ☺

I was starving. They probably got tired of me already saying "I'm hungry" "I'm really starving" like every 10 seconds. Hahaha!

Of course we gotta get some brick toast! I missed it so much!!!

It was hot enough that day that we decided to order shaved ice. It was so good also!

Before going to Guppy's May and I went to Mitsuwa also to see what they have. Of course I had to buy some candies there! LOL! May is so sweet that she gave me a coupon for $5 off ♥

I got some Milk Tea Kitkats and one of my favorite milk chocolates: Meiji

We went to Imperial Beauty Supply and met up with Sarah http://motosays.blogspot.com/. You can never get out of Imperial Beauty Supply without buying anything! Haha!

I managed to get out with a few polishes as a gift for my friend and also got myself 2 nail polish.

After all the crazy nail polish shopping, we went to Irvine Spectrum and walked around. It was so much fun being with these ladies because all we did was talk, laugh, and share stories ♥ Girl bonding is the best stress reliever for me :)

May and I bought a Hello Kitty pouch *yay for matching pouches* It was so cute and we didn't even know they were 20% off! Woohoo!! We got it for only $13! I saw a black and pink one at Sanrio and they were selling it for $20! Boo! LOL!

We got hungry so we went to Yard House to eat. Nah, we didn't drink! Hahah! :) We just had dinner and had a really great time.

May is very sweet that she gifted me with these goodies!!! Hello Kitty plushy slippers. OMG So soft on my feet. And she gifted me with more masks! Ahhhh!! ♥ I can't wait to try them! Thank You so much May! You are just so sweet!!!! I hope to see you again! Keep in touch! You know I'm just a text or phone call away (and of course twitter, facebook and blogger :P)

Also over that weekend, I got me some shirts at Hollister and they were only $4! Great for just jeans and tees kind of day :)

It is "The Show" to the Make Up World - That's how they quoted it on their website. It stands for International Make-Up Trade Show. Hmmmm.. it was heaven to me, being surrounded by make-up and beautiful ladies!

PS: This is the Part 1 so you will only see the IMATS Part. I am dividing these posts into 3 as there are too many pictures to post. So please be patient. Stay tuned for: PART 2: The Dinner and Part 3: Into the Club. Its like a TRILOGY! Fun isn't? lol!

I have enjoyed every minute of it. Its not even hauling make up anymore. Its more like meeting with other people and sharing one passion that we all love: make up.

My day started early last Saturday, June 20, 2009. I woke up at around 6:30AM. I live 1 hr away from Pasadena so I need all the time to get ready. I wore a simple dress from Forever21 and yes I am wearing my DSK Jewelry. Adrian then dropped me off at IMATS to meet with the lovelies (See list on top). Here's a picture at the Will Call.

LIL HAUL

I did not get crazy at IMATS. I restrained myself for I don't really need that much anymore..do I? :) I got some gifts for the POW WOW exchange gift [not pictured] then only got myself a LISE WATIER PORTFOLIO. I've been wanting this palette in like forever! The rest including the stress reliever boobie is free. hehe!

Isn't it wonderful? I am in love! :) It brightens the complexion, hides acne scars and other blemishes, contours face, conceals redness and lightens dark circles. What more can I ask for?

...this is only the beginning of our fun-filled day! Part 2: The Dinner is so much fun and of course you guys need to be patient for the Part 3: Into the Club because that's where we all got crazy! Ahaha. :) These girls are so awesome! They're real and down to earth! They're so much fun to be with.

I can't wait for Pow Wow 4! :)
