Make Up Haul and Hana Misikko + Update

Hellooooooo again!! ^^ How do you guys like my new banner. Ew, I know kind of vain having my huge picture plastered in the front like that. Hahah! :)

Hmmm.. updates updates.. I wanna change the layout of my blog. But i cannot find anything similar. I kind of want a white one with a little touch of pink. I like something simple but cute.

Hmmm.. what else? Oh yeah, been working like crazy again. 16 hour shifts are back with revenge because I just worked 4 days of that shift back to back last week. I fully enjoy my days off because I'd get to sleep in hence the lack of updates because on my days off, I'm working as sleeping beauty. LOL!

I also preorder the iPhone4s. I was kind of disappointed that it wasn't the iPhone5. I wanted to wait for that 5 but my 3Gs is slowly giving up on me. I loved my 3Gs so much though. We've been together through thick and thin.

Anyway, these are the stuff I got lately..

Saw this at the CCO and well, I'm loving red lipstick for Fall. This is from the Venomous Villains collection from last year. This lipstick is called Heartless :3

Then Inglot palette! This whole palette costs $30.00 I love the palette itself because it's so sleek. I chose these 5 colors.

I chose neutral colors :)

Then I ran out of my MAC blacktrack but wasn't willing to pay for it for now, so I got a cheaper version. Hope it works the same. Haha!

Then I downgraded to a cheaper mascara. Yup, from YSL Faux cils to Maybelline. Heehee! I'm on a budget. :P

Oh, also this box came this week! So excited to play with it. My hair is straight so I'll see if I can curl using this. The packaging is love!! Quick Post: Make Up Binge

Ok, so I am still at my parents' house and all of our stuff is still in boxes including almost all of my make up. We are living in a suitcase and I only have a small make up bag with my necessities on it like: BB cream, moisturizer, a palette (my fafi quad 1), 3 lipstick, 2 lipgloss, MAC fluidline, 2 mascaras and my eyelash curler. That's it.

But..

I accumulated another bag full of unused make up. I can't believe I am this addicted. I think sometimes I only buy make up just to have it, and not really use it. Most of my make up that are stored in the box is not used. I don't know if I'm collecting them, why I have a hard time using them (especially if its LE) or I'm just a hoarder. *sigh*

Do You have the same problem? I think I have a problem called Compulsive hoarding disorder which is excessive acquisition of possession and failure to use or discard them. Hahaha! *_*

My MAC Venomous Villains Haul ♥

On September 14th, I went to my local MAC store to pre-order some Venomous Villains products. Then on September 30th, they finally launch the collection, I was so excited because that's the day I picked up the products I have pre ordered.

I went to the MAC Store at the Tyler Mall, was so excited to get my stuff, gave the MUA my receipt, and I noticed that my bag was not in the pile of "PRE ORDERED bags" on the side of the counter. The MUA then started putting my stuff in a MAC bag, then she came to me and said, "We are very sorry but the Bite of An Apple blush is SOLD OUT, I know it's very popular, but great news, everything that you pre-ordered except that is in this bag" I looked at her like, are you freaking serious?! I told her, "That's why I pre-ordered because you guys told me it's gonna sell out, so why tell me its SOLD Out now when it just released today?" She didn't even know what to tell me, she's like "ugh... did you want me to call Nordstrom for you to check if they still have it?" I was like, "go ahead, I just want EVERYTHING I have pre-ordered" I overheard them talking that some MUA forgot to put my pre-ordered stuff away and now since that blush is sold out, they don't know what to tell me, so they had to lie? Well anyway, after long 30 minutes of waiting for her to come out of the room at the back, she finally said, "great news! I got some Bite of an Apple blush for you! I got some from our event" Well, I'm glad because you guys should have seen my face! I was mad. lol.

So onto my haul, these are the products that I've got:

I got a total of 14 items. I know. I went nuts, and believe me, I still want some more but I restrained myself from grabbing some more. :|

I got three of the Beauty Powders which I find very very pretty.

Then I got these two blushes. I love the colors, very different from my usual "shimmery" blush because these blushes are actually matte. :) If I didn't like this collection, I would still get the BITE OF AN APPLE BLUSH because of its pretty shade. You only need a little because it's so pigmented. It's just so pretty! It's crazy because it was SOLD OUT right away then on eBay, they were selling it for as high as $39.99.

Then I only got two lipsticks. I wish I got more. I was eyeing at the Violetta l/s but must resist. Hahaha!

I got three lipglass from that collection. Surprisingly they aren't that sticky (but still sticky) compared to my other lipglass. My favorite is the Revenge is sweet lipglass (the middle one) ♥

I only got 1 of the eyeshadows. I want to get the other eyeshadows as for collection purposes but I'm being practical. :P

That's all of my VV items that I got. Overall, I'm very happy and still excited with this collection. The little kid in me is rejoicing knowing it's Disney. :P Also I love the fact that it's not sticker. I am also happy that the colors are not sheer, they are actually very pigmented, easy to blend in. I love the lipsticks formula because they aren't streaky. My lips are usually dry, and I hate lipsticks that sink in the lines of my lips. These lipsticks are actually smooth!

Anyway, an update on why I was MIA on blogger, (which btw I still need to post my September Favorites - which is gonna be hard since I packed all of my stuff already) We recently moved out of our apartment. Last day was September 30th.

As you can see, it was very messy, but all done now, everything is in boxes now and sitting in the garage of my parents until we move to our new apartment. Something very unfortunate happen to the apartment we're suppose to move in so for now, we stay at the parents' house until further notice :P

I only had very little make up I put in my make up bag and everything else is in the box. *sigh* I am hoping nothing will break.

MAC Venomous Villains

The last MAC Collection that I got excited about was the Hello Kitty Collection. I went gaga over it, and now another collection has wowed me once again! :D

MAC VENOMOUS VILLAINS

I have called different MAC Pro stores around me and no one is having an unveiling party :( I was so sad. One of the SA then told me I could go to the one in Riverside which is the Tyler mall because you can start pre-ordering the products. You can also play with them so you'll know what colors suits you or what they look like in person.

The first one that caught my attention is the "Bite of An Apple" blush from the Evil Queen Collection (my favorite collection from the VV). It's a matte finish and its very pretty! I ordered a back up of this one too because the SA told me that they are almost out of this blush and is worried they won't have enough for the launch party.

"Strange Potion" lipglass is very sheer and kind of like pink or light coral color. It's nice if you like nude-pink color.

"Hot House" Lipglass is really pretty if you like berry kind of like color. It's buildable if you want a deeper berry color :)

"Heartless" lipstick is so easy to apply. It's not streaky at all. I love it! It's like an orangey-red.

"Wicked Ways" lipglass is also pretty if you like red lips :)

"Violetta" lipstick is a fucshia-violet color. It's a PRO color that's why I didn't get it. I could always exchange my 6 empties and get this shade :)

"Darkly My Dear" blush is nice for contouring. If you have emote blush, I think you can skip this because they're pretty similar.

"Revenge is sweet" lipglass is very nice also as its very pigmented. One of my favorite lipglass from the VV collection.

...and after lots of swatching, I got tired and went to the LOVESAC store to rest. Hahaha! We are actually planning on getting a LOVESAC once we are settled into our new place.
