Beauty Review: 88 Neutral Palette

88 COLOR EARTH TONE EYESHADOW PROFESSIONAL PALETTE

I have mentioned in my previous posts that I love neutral palette!!! and when I got this palette, I squealed because its just so pretty! The colors are gorgeous!

When this palette arrived, it was wrapped with so much bubble wrap that I had a hard time opening it! But its a good thing! That means they really want to arrived to you in a perfect condition. And the price? It's amazing! It's so cheap! You know how much is this cost at Coastalscents website? $24.95! Yeah double the price! So I'm really excited that kkcenterhk sells this for only $12.60!

I'm kind of wanting the 28 eyeshadow palette now because that one costs only $10.20 :)

When you take the palette off the box, it's also covered in a bubble wrap so expect that your product is safe and in one piece when it arrives :)

Here are some swatches. It's very pigmented! It's just so gorgeous. Great Pigmentation makes me happy!

I decided to play with it and created this look. :)

PROS: The palette is so nice to have, so many neutral colors to play with, so pigmented, so easy to blend! I cannot stress enough how much I love this palette! Best of all, it's cheap compared to the websites I've seen! :) I also love how it came all bubble wrapped, if all palettes comes in that much bubble wrap then we can be assured that our palettes will come in one piece when it arrives to us.

CONS: Since its coming from another county (I'm from US), expect that the shipping might take long. If I remember it correctly, mine took a little bit long. That's all the Cons I can think of.

OVERALL: It's a great palette to have especially if you love neutral colors! Great for wedding make up, school/work appropriate make up, and if you just feel like having a "no make up" look ♥ I love this palette a lot!

Current Haul: Mitsuwa goodies and Nail polish

Went to Mitsuwa and got some goodies there. Well only two goodies :P I decided to get this Lucido-L Hair treatment spray. Actually when I went to Singapore, I bought this at Sasa there but I forgot to put it in my luggage and got confiscated at the airport =_= I even cried! Yes I cried because I really want this. Well when I arrived here in the US, I completely forgot about it. LOL. I guess "out of sight, out of mind" :P But when I went to mitsuwa, and saw  this, I decided to get it again. We will see how it will work.

Got this also for my eyebrows and "mustache" lol! I hate having hair on my upper lip =_= and having it waxed or threaded can be expensive if you think about it, so i'll see if this will work, or I might get it threaded again.

Went to Imperial, thanks to Giang http://xgianger.blogspot.com/ enabling posts on her blog! lol! I really love Imperial because they always have the new stuff, and the two guys there are so sweet, always reserving my goods, and always know who am I even though they don't know my name, they recognize me and still save up polishes for me. They even saved me the entire Essie Spring 2011 polishes thinking I wanted them all! LOL! So sweet! I don't go there often because its very far from where I live.

He only got four crackles left when I went there. He did have few of the Broken Hearted (pink one). I wanted the Lightning Bolt (white one) but he was out of it. He promised to save me one though when they get some in stock. I hope soon.

Orly Spring 2011 is such a pretty collection! I got 3 nail polish but I'm already thinking of getting more when I go back. I think I want fancy fuchsia and ancient jade. I guess I'm going crazy. =_= I'm so excited to use these polishes! They look gorgeous especially the pure porcelain!

Beauty Review: Fake Lashes from kkcenterhk

Hope everyone's having a happy week. I feel like I'm always at work and when its my days off, I just want to curl in bed and sleep. =_= I know, I should go out and enjoy my days off as much as I can. 

Anyway, do some of you wear fake lashes to work? I always wake up late so I don't really have time to wear fake lashes so I only wear them on special occasion or when the husband is taking me out. It feels forever putting on the lashes.

Here is the A218 (upper lashes) It's so pretty! It's my favorite among the fake lashes I have tried!

Yes I gave it 5 stars because of how nice they feel. They actually feel natural to me because it doesn't poke my eyes. I love how they look as well. Just the right length and thickness! The price aren't too bad either considering it's 10 pairs for $10.94. 

Here's another photo of me without the lower lashes, as you can see, it's more natural when its worn alone. Yes, I'm in love with these lashes! Been using them since I got them! I definitely recommend this lashes ♥ I will definitely but these lashes again!

Here is the A020 (lower lashes). It's not my favorite. I like the A201 lower lashes better (the criss cross one that I reviewed in the past) For one thing, it's too long for my lower lashes so I had to cut it, and it kind of pokes my eyes. Maybe I'm just not used to lower lashes still. I do give this 3.5 stars because it still looks nice! Though seems like the price went up? In my last review, the lower lashes were $3.50. I guess they were on sale before.

I like the online store kkcenterhk.com/ because they have so many selections of fake lashes. They also sell wigs and make up. It does take a little bit long before the products arrive but for me its so worth it :) I love fake lashes (the upper lashes) because in my opinion, it completes a look :)

Beauty Review: Neo Dali Extra Gray Circle Lens

Note: I suggest going to an optometrist first to make sure you're okay to use any kinds of contact lenses/circle lens whether if its prescription or for cosmetic use only. You should not wear lens to sleep or for more than 8 hours. Always wash your hands before putting them and when you're taking them out. Always use eye drops if you feel like your eyes feels dry. Again, don't use these kinds of lens if your eyes are too sensitive or if your doctor tells you not to.

Neo Dali Extra Gray Circle lens was sent to me for review purposes by http://shoppingholics.com/ When they first offered me to review a circle lens, I was hesitant a bit because I don't really like wearing circle lens, well because I've tried them before and they're uncomfortable and drying. I have prescription and astigmatism. My eyes dry out like drought. My eyes are so sensitive that when I used to use freshlook contacts, I can only wear those for maximum of 5 hours and it will get dry! Super dry, and it's so uncomfortable that I stopped using contact lenses. I had some Geo Angels Circle Lens before and I can only wear them for 3 hours maximum because they're drying. Although during those 3 hours, they seem comfortable to wear, after that, I had to use eye drops like every 30 mins. I also use birth control pills and according to what I read in a pamphlet, birth control pills reduces your tolerance to contact lens.

It came with a cute box and even cuter lens case!

I made a mistake in trying to open it, so be careful when opening the bottle.

This is what I use:  (note: I bought the ReNu with my own money). ReNu for sensitive eyes.

I wasn't really expecting that Neo Dali Extra Gray Circle Lens will live up to my expectation. I'm already thinking when I wore it, "hmmm.. I'll probably have to take this out after a couple of hours so I better just bring the case to work" So I did, the first 3 hours at work, I didn't notice any dryness, in fact it feels like it wasn't even there! I kept tweeting, "oh wow, I'm so amazed by this circle lens! It's very comfortable and still not dry!" I wore it for 8 hours straight and I didn't even have to use any eye drops! That's how comfortable this is! I was really amazed :) Just remember when you first get this, soak them in the solution for 8 hours before wearing!

PROS: I've been using this lens for 4 days straight, at least 8 hours or less a day. (There was a day I used it for 9 hours straight -- not recommended!). I've been raving them to my friends, twitter friends and blogger friends on how comfortable they are! How amazing that  it feels like I wasn't even wearing any lens, considering before when I used to used Geo Angel series, i could only tolerate them for 3 hours maximum. I'm so happy with these lens that I'm already thinking of getting another color. :P The price isn't too bad also considering the life span is 1 year.

I reviewed circle lens before this: http://withadriyah.blogspot.com/2009/08/bbsd-prizes-circle-lenses.html I even stated in there how I can only wear lens for 3-4 hours max. Hahah! I cannot believe I was able to wear a circle lens for 8 hours straight :)

CONS: I already have huge eyes to begin with, so when I used this, people do notice how huge my eyes is and of course it can change your look dramatically. As for me, it looks unnatural. Hahaha! I don't really know its that's good or bad but like me who works in a mental institution, my patients kept on staring asking me what happened to my eyes. How come they're so huge >_< 

OVERALL: It's my favorite lens as of the moment! I cannot stress enough how comfortable these lens are! They can change your look dramatically without spending so much :)
