Happy Birthday To Me!

Hiiiiiii *waves* OMG OMG I know, I've been super MIA! As in super duper MIA!! I didn't even do my 2011 Recap and didn't greet Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you. I deeply apologize for neglecting this blog. I'll be back soon.. Once I begin to pick up pieces of my life back again :)

25 years and young! I feel somewhat older and more mature.. I have learned so many things during my 24. I went through a lot, learned a lot, fell a lot, got up a lot. I wouldn't say its my best year by far because I enjoyed my 23 more than my 24. Nonetheless, I'm so grateful for everything.. 

Thank you to all my friends, blogger friends and family who's been keeping in touch with me even though I haven't been blogging that much. I love you all. You all make life so complete. 

Thank you for all the birthday greetings as well.

Now, I'll make a wish and hoping for the best year!

Birthday Presents & Collective Haul

Another day off has passed. I feel like my day off has gone by so fast, I didn't even feel it. I want longer days off. I wouldn't mind working 3-4 days a week for 12 hours and have 3-4 days off. That would be heaven for me. *sigh* I have been feeling under the weather since the bad incident happened at work. The more stress I get, the more backache I feel.

Despite everything, I feel thankful for all the friends and family that shows me so much care and love. BIRTHDAY GIFTS

May sent me a surprise birthday gift. She totally spoiled me! Look at how much masks she sent! Aside from Rina, May is also my mask sister. She sent me my very first sheet mask. Since then I fell in love with how the sheet masks feels on my face, especially in a hot sunny day. :) Oh, and look at the Hello Kitty wallet she sent me! It's just so cute!! I love it! Thank You so much May! Love u lots!!! ♥ Can't wait to see you again!! I'll be counting the days. And oh, i finished the candies so fast! They're yummy!!!

 Angelique gave me something awhile ago when we went to Victoria Gardens for some shopping date. Ahhh I didn't know you were in a shopping ban and I kept on saying "yeah get it!! So pretty!" hahaha.. omg now I feel guilty. :( Anyway, thank you so much for the gifts!! You are just so sweet! I love going shopping with you!! You are so much fun to be with :) We need to go Yoga together! Yes? Yes!!! :P

These are the paint pots (from Cham Pale Collection) that I got with Angelique. She got the other 2. I want the other two also! Hahahah! These paint pots are so nice (& limited edition). I love the colors so much! I wasn't even planning on getting anything from MAC but I just can't resist the prettiness of these paint pots! *squeals* Angelique and I kept on swatching the stuff back & forth and asking each other which one is the nicest! hahahah!! She is a very good shopping buddy ^_^ I want the quad but its sold out. Oh well, good for my wallet right? Oh, and I'm so happy I didn't really spend anything because whatever you see that I got, I used the gift card my co-workers gave me, so hooray :P

I just realized I didn't even took pictures with Angelique :( We were so busy chatting and catching up and of course shopping. lol. Much needed girly time for me. 

Oh and we went to Urban Outfitters and saw the Limited Edition (LE is always catching for me. hahah!) Hello Kitty in a box. & We don't know what's inside. Angelique said that she didn't want the HK one who was wearing American flag. I wanted the China looking one. When we opened our box, I got the Spain one, and guess what she got!!! American looking one!! OMG!!! We couldn't stop laughing! lol!

We also went to another Hello Kitty place & I got this super cute HK charm, influenced by Angel because she saw a bigger version of this and thought its cute but its too huge! When we both saw this, I fell in love right away so I grabbed it quick! Hahah! & I needed a coin bank so I got this pink one. Angelique!! Let's hang out again :)

Got these Sephora x Hello Kitty stuff also using my gift card! So happy I finally got the HK Perfume! It's so cute!! The scent is very sweet IMO, and can be overwhelming especially to me because I get migraines over perfumes. lol! The husband said it smells nice on me ^^ But nonetheless, I want it because it looks cute on my vanity! Hahaha!!! Oh I also got the HK "minty" nail polish. I thought it looks very cute (the color I mean).

Oh here are some swatches of the Hello Fun Palette. I didn't get it though but its pretty!! Knowing me, I probably won't be using it coz its too cute so I didn't get it! :P

My Birthday Celebration!

First off, I want to thank everyone who greeted me on my birthday -- people who went their ways just to say Happy Birthday to me. I feel so loved by all of you! Thank you so so much! ♥

I started celebrating my birthday here the night of January 5th because it was already the 6th in the Philippines (where I was born). We got a Hello Kitty cake for me. The name even says Hello Kitty! ahahah!! :P

Here is my sister -- she is so  grown already. She's my baby :) She's only 14 but almost as tall as me already!

The next day, Adrian took me to Westminster to eat at Seafood Cove since I was craving for some Dimsum.

Ohh!! and you guys were right, I got the lower lashes wrong on my Beauty Review: http://withadriyah.blogspot.com/2011/01/beauty-review-lower-eye-lashes-from.html Hahahah!! I was lmao when I was looking at my pictures. How stupid of me. Okay now it looks better right? I should add these images to my review! Hahaha!!

Here's some of what we ate at the Seafood Cove. I love their siomai! It's just so good! :D

After we ate, he brought me to Kim Lan `~ to get some facial wax. I love how detailed they do waxing there for a lesser price. I'm definitely going back there again for a facial. Their facial is $30/hour and she said she can do the acne removal and won't leave any acne marks. Hmmm.. I wonder if that's true.  Hahaha! I only had my first facial ever last year in the Philippines and that hurt `-`

After that, we went to Sephora because I needed another tub of Clinique Cleansing Balm! Yup, that's my HG make up remover!! :D

Then we went to watch a movie :)

BLACK SWAN

I actually liked it! Reminds me of where I work and how dangerous it is and how mysterious some things are. Hahah! Lots of skin picking and nudity. lol! I laughed at the part where the other girl asked the Black swan girl "was I good?" lol!

After dinner, he said he made a reservation at a restaurant :D Guess where? :)

The table was decorated with candles and there were petals of roses everywhere. It was just so romantic!

It was just so nice and I can't thank Adrian enough for being so effortful. I mean he was just recovering from his surgery. He's still won't able to work, so I wasn't really expecting him to do anything. But here he was, another surprise I wasn't expecting. It melts my heart. ♥

It's really good at The Melting Pot. For the amount of food you'll be eating, it's really not that expensive. We got the "Big Night Out® Four-Course Dinner" -- It's a 4 course meal! So prepare for the food porn! :P

Here is our 1st course -- Spinach Artichoke Cheese Fondue

It was so good! especially if you dip the apples on that cheese fondue! It was love!!!

2nd course -- The Melting Pot House Salad

I am not very fond of eating salad but this one really tastes great!

3rd course -- we had the Big Night Out Fondue Feast

it has sirloin, filet mignon, chicken, tenderloin, shrimp, ravioli, rigatoni, fresh vegetables, and lobster shrimp. The cooking style is Mojo which is very good! I seriously died with goodness! So flavorful!

4th course -- Chocolate S'mores

Seriously I think this is the highlight of our dinner! Hahaha! They have Rice Krispies treats, strawberries, bananas, cheesecake, marshmallows, pound cake, and brownies to dip into the milk chocolate with marsmallow cream and graham pieces. It was definitely heaven for me! I love chocolates!!!

Then they gave me a strawberry dipped in chocolates with a candle on top :P

I didn't make a wish. I prayed. I thanked.

Overall was a very great dinner. I enjoyed every minute of it. ♥ Thanks Adrian for that wonderful dinner. I love you so much. Thank you for making my birthday happy!

Just want to say thank you again to those who made my birthday extra special :D

Parents gave me this cute cat and a Hello Kitty bag! I love it!

Rina from rae630.blogspot.com/ sent me some masks to try but she also added me this cute hello kitty bunny! My lucky charm for 2011 year of the rabbit :) Rina is so sweet, she's always spoiling me.. I'm going to get drowned with masks one day and I will be happy! hahahah!!!

Giang, baby ko.. http://xgianger.blogspot.com/ surprised me with this gift card. I love her a lot! She is the kind of friend you can count on and she will fight for you til the end. She is a keeper, and I'm glad she is my friend. She taught me that when hubby tries to fight with me, i'll just stick my tongue to him (and cross my fingers he will laugh and let go! lol)

Dianne (http://twitter.com/Dianne315) surprised me with these goodies! Hahah!! She is very very nice ;) I am so glad I got to meet her and I can't wait to meet her in person!!! :D

My sis/bro in law gave me these from BBW. I love the rice smell. This is my favorite! I can't believe it's seasonal though. I love the smell so much! It's not overwhelming or sweet. It's just right.

Again, thank you everyone who made my day so special. I don't know what I did to deserve such treatment from you guys but I am very grateful to be friends with you all. I love you all! ♥ Happy Weekend!!!
