Urban Decay Haul, Hair & Skin Update + Shoes

Yay, my UD haul finally arrived this week :D I took advantage (..and they took advantage of me too. lol) of the 30% Sale they were having. I was so happy to find out that they have the 30% off because i've been wanting some 24/7 Glide in pencils! :) Seriously they are the best eyeliners i've ever tried :D They last so long on my waterline and doesn't smudge. I also bought the original primer potion. I was going to get the Eden but I read reviews  that the original is still better than Eden.

I got 4 colors :) I already have the black eyeliner (zero) so I decided to get different colors :)
[Covet, Baked, Underground, 1999)

Here are some swatches on my hairy hands :P

My favorite? Underground! Such a nice metallic color :D
[Underground, 1999, Covet, Baked]

Then I mentioned on my twitter (twitter.com/adriyah) that I bought some shoes from Aldo. :) I love how comfy they are. I am not a heel-type of person and usually can't wear heels for hours, but when I wore this, I actually survived :P

Here I'm wearing my heels :P and you can also see my hair color. :D

Some OPI nailpolish that the hubby got for me :P I've been wanting the Argenteeny Pinkini! Finally found it! Woohoo :D
Chocolate Shake-speare, Fair Dimkum Pinkum, Argenteeny Pinkini

Also got this h20 + Seaweed treatment for my hair.

Tokidoki Lip ink in Nanastar - here's a swatch =) It's a light pink color.

Here's What I'm wearing:

●Bliv "Submerge Me" Moisturizer
● MUFE HD Primer in Blue
● L'egere BB Cream
● MUFE HD Blush in Quickie - what do you think guys?
● Tokidoki Luminosa Powder in Kabuki - i love this highlighting powder! ♥♥♥
● Tokidoki Perfetto eyeliner in Carina
● Tokidoki Lip ink in Nanastar - love the color! ♥

My skin has improved a lot since last month! Don't you guys think? :)

Sephora Tokidoki

Hello guys! :) Now you guys know where "As Pink As My Juicy" came from. :P I plan on getting my own domain soon and order cute business cards just for fun. Hahaha :P I'll get my own domain when I reach 2000 followers and plan on doing a contest or give away too when the time comes ♥ Hopefully soon! :P

Anyway, I took advantage (or they took advantage of me) of the Sephora VIB 15% off, and now they sent me another 15% off for Beauty Insiders. It's valid until April 19 so you still have to chance to get something :) Here's the code: MADNESS

I got some TOKIDOKI items. Yeah the packaging totally owned me >_<

I decided to get the 3 limited edition palettes. I love collecting palettes. Sometimes I don't even use them. I'm a sucker for cute packaging. :P

Cromatico Eyeshadow Palette - Bastardino (the prickly pooch)
I got this because I feel like the colors are so nice for spring, and the pooch is just too cute :P

Cromatico Eyeshadow Palette - Adios
Love this classic smokey eye palette. I also like Adios' girlfriend name Ciao Ciao. They should have made a palette after Ciao Ciao :P

Cromatico Eyeshadow Palette - Diamante
I love purple eyeshadow! Such a pretty quad. My favorite among the 3. :P

Overall, the palettes did not disappoint me at all. I love all 3 :) They're very pigmented so I'm happy with them.

..and I sent back to Sephora the cracked luminosa powder and they replaced it right away. I fell in love with this highlighter. I just love with it so Adrian bought me another one for back up. Yay! =)

I also bought the lip ink Nana star and two perfetto eyeliner Sabochan and Carina. I only tried Carina and I absolutely love the color. They're vibrant but its not waterproof. :(

I also got this MUFE HD blush in Quickie, but haven't had the chance to play with them yet. It's so small. I got so disappointed but hopefully its good.
What did you guys get? or What are you planning to get?

As Pink As My Juicy?

My blog has been "As Pink As My Juicy" for a year now and no one questioned me about why my blog name is like that until yesterday :P

A formspringer asked me: [What do yo mean by "as pink as my juicy"]?

I just want to clarify that I do not mean "as pink as my pussy!" I know I know its pink and juicy.. (lol I'm just messing with you guys)

History of my blog name: A year ago, I was thinking of a clever name for my blog, something different. Then I saw my Juicy couture pink bag - admiring how pink it is, thinking of not even using it because it gets dirty right away, that's when a bulb lit up my brain (lol) and thought why not named it "As Pink As my Juicy?" yes I was thinking about my Juicy bag.

That's when As Pink as my Juicy was born.

You dirty minds out there probably imagining I named my blog after my kitty.. ahahahahaha!!

(click the image to enlarge it)

Proof that some of you are thinking that I named my blog after my kittehhhh.. lol. Tsk tsk.. (Questions from my formspring.me/iyah)

Anyway, I'll be doing a catch up soon.. I can't keep up. heehee!! I have more updates to post :)

I know, I know.. March Favorites? its like the middle of April already! :P Hahaha! But I still want to share with you guys my March Favorites ♥

1. Dior Lipgloss #457 - I use its almost everyday in March. hahaha. such a pretty coral color. I just love it. Do you have a favorite Dior lipgloss?

2. L'egere Multi White BB cream - This is like the 2nd month this year that I mentioned this BB cream as my favorite! It's really great and I wish I can use this the whole year but I tend to get dark during the summer.

Note: you can also get this at imomoko.com

3. Submerge Me - My favorite moisturizer as of the moment. It's very light but it moisturizes my dry skin really good. No more dry patches around my mouth and nose and keeps my skin very hydrated. :) Here's my review: http://withadriyah.blogspot.com/2010/03/beauty-review-bliv-by-cellnique.html

4. Drench Me Cleanser - My favorite cleanser as of the moment. I love how this leaves me squeaky clean and fresh! I use this only at night and its also very moisturizing. Love it! Reviews soon!:D

5. MUFE Microperfecting Primer in Blue - I have reviewed this before and I just love how it brightens up my dull skin. It also keeps the BB cream all day in my face without creasing. No oily face either :P

6. O.P.I. Panda-monium Pink - Very cute light purple-pink nail polish, and the name is really cute too! :) I really love O.P.I. nailpolish and wish that  my collection will grow more :D

7. Spots Got Shots - I still get pesky pimple here and there but not like before. I get one or two and that's about it. They disappear like after 2 days, thanks to this treatment. I need a back up :)

8. EOS Balm - so cute right? wuzzyangel calls them nippie balm or something like that because they look like nipples and I agree! haahhah! They're attention grabber. People always ask me what I'm putting in my lips. *lol*. I love how it moisturizes my lips :)

That's it for my March Favorites. I'll try to have my April Favorites early :P

I ordered my 1st Tokidoki item way before the 15% came. But when it came, it was shattered. :( I was really sad. I can't wait to get mine. :) I'm really excited. I hope its not shattered again :(

Hope you guys had a nice weekend! Happy Monday. Smile :) I'll be busy again this week and probably won't be able to blog-hop. bear with me please and thank you for all the support ♥

Beauty Review: Sigma Brushes

FTC: These brushes are given for me for review purposes only. I did not get paid to do this review and I am not affiliated with this company.

NOTE: All of my Beauty reviews are based on my experience and are only my opinion. People can have different experience/reactions with any product and could be different with my experience. Also I am not here to compare MAC brushes and Sigma brushes as both are different companies, prices, and quality. I am only going to review SIGMA brushes and how I use them and what I think about them.

Are you new to make up? Wants to have good brushes but can't afford high end brushes? Sigma Brushes are great brushes to have if you are on a budget or just starting on learning how to apply make up. Brushes are important tools to have a flawless make up application.

Sigma sent me a Professional Brushes Complete Kit with Brush roll, and here's what I think about these brushes. I used these brushes for almost 3 weeks now.

SS Brush roll
What Do I think about the brush roll? For $20, it's a nice brush roll to have. All my other brushes (including my MAC brushes) fit in this brush roll. It's easy to clean, its very roomy, it fits all of my brushes and now its easier to store them and I don't have to worry about all of my brushes when I travel because I can just carry this brush roll with me. I actually bought another one for my MAC brushes :) So now I have two SS brush rolls. YAY! :3

These are my sigma brushes after I washed them, I put some hello kitty stickers on the bottom of each brush handle to personalized my brushes :3

Here's a closer look: top one is my Sigma brush and bottom one is my Mac brush

THE BRUSHES

SS 150/Powder Brush
This brush has natural bristles. Very soft. Its great to apply powder products. I use this with my MAC Hello Kitty Mystery powder to set my tinted moisturizer/BB cream. Sometimes I even use this to apply blush. The only thing I didn't like is it sheds like crazy! It leaves hair bristles on my face when I use this. I hope it will stop shedding. But all in all its a good powder brush.

SS 187/Duo Fibre Brush
This has a blend of natural and synthetic bristles. It can be used to create an "airbrushed" look. I use this whenever I use my cream blush because I like how it distributes the blush on my cheeks. It sheds but not as much as the SS 150. The bristles spreads really wide which I didn't like so I use my brush guard to maintain its shape. This can also be used when applying liquid or powder foundation.

SS 168/Large Angled Contour Blush
This brush has natural bristles and its absolutely one of my favorite SS brushes. Its very soft. Softer than any of my brushes. I just love using this with my powder blushes. This also can be used to contour face. Like any white bristles, sometimes the tint of my blushes discolors the white bristles, and I absolutely dislike it! So I wash/spot clean it after each use to prevent it from discoloration.

SS 190/Foundation Brush
It has synthetic bristles. This can be used for liquid or cream foundation/concealer. It can also be used to apply moisturizer. I personally don't the synthetic bristles of this brush, but I use this whenever I apply my Benefit tinted moisturizer. Sometimes it leaves streaks so I blend it using a foundation sponge. Its my least favorite brush.

SS 224/Tapered Blending Brush
This has natural bristles. It's very soft but firm. Its great for blending eyeshadows on our crease. I use windshield motion whenever I use this brush. I sometimes use this also to apply concealer around my nose because its great for blending.

SS 252/Large Shader Brush
This brush has natural bristles. Its also soft like any natural bristles. Its used to apply cream products such as cream concealer or paint pots or eye primer. Its too big for my lid so I use this to apply highlighter on my brow bone.

SS 226/Small Angled Brush
It has synthetic bristles. It can be used to apply cream or gel eyeliner. I use this to apply my Blacktrack liner or any eyeshadow to line my eyes. I personally LOVE this brush! I can say that this brush is better than small angled brush because SS 226 doesn't poke my eyes like the first one. It doesn't irritate my waterline because its so soft. Love it! I want another one of this ♥

SS 275/Medium Angled Shading Brush
This brush has natural bristles. Its used to apply darker shades on the crease or to apply highlighter on our brow bone. I use this to apply eyeshadows on my lid since its small enough to fit on my lids. Its also very soft.

SS 209/Eyeliner brush
This brush has synthetic bristles. This is used to apply eyeliner on our eyes. I actually thought this is a lip brush (lol) so I used this to apply my lip products and it works just fine. :3 Its firm enough to distribute the colors to my lips.

SS 209/Pencil Brush
This brush has natural bristles. Its used to apply color on the crease, lower lashes, outer corner of our eyes or smudge an eyeliner. I use this brush to create smoky eye by applying a dark color in my V shape/outer corners of my eyes then I use the SS 224 to blend the colors together. This brush is firm enough to add colors on my lower lash line.

SS 194/Concealer Brush
This has synthetic bristles. This is used to apply or blend any cream concealer under the eyes. It also can be used to conceal around our nose and lips area. I sometimes use this to blend eye primer if I don't want to use my fingers.

SS 239/Eye Shading Brush
This has natural bristles and also one of my favorite sigma brush. Its small enough for my lid. Its great for loose pigments also as it picks up color great. :3 I definitely need more eye shading brushes in my life :P

OVERALL
It's a great brush kit to have especially if you are in a budget. The brushes are soft, not scratchy on the face like some of the brushes that. These brushes are easy to clean. When I washed them, no black dye came out.

TIP: Use brush guard when drying your brushes in order to keep the shape of the brushes looking new, otherwise it will just spread like a flower and will look ugly. Also don't forget to wash the handle also as your hands might be dirty when handling them.

Here is my MAC brushes with my Sigma Brush roll.
