Blogger Meet Up 070311

It was such a great day yesterday! Although the weather is burning hot, I managed to enjoy my day with great company ♥♥♥

Angelique came to my place to pick me up to go to Rowland Heights..

There we met up with Rina, Brian and Eki. (Rina and Brian are such cute couple!!)

OMGOSH!! Finally after such long blogger years, I finally met the sweet and cute Erika (Eki) (ekiblog.com) In case you don't know, she has such a nice blog full of kawaii stuff :) Her reviews are amazing ^_^

After Coconut Bay, we went to imperial beauty supply for some nail polish shopping :)

We got some stuff at Imperial Beauty Supply.. you can never leave that place empty handed for sure!!

Miss Universe is in!! Such gorgeous glitter polishes ♥ I'll post these polishes up in a separate post.

"I Lily Love You" and "Play the Peonies" (i love the color of this play the peonies nail polish! It's light pink and its just perfect)

China Glaze Memorable Moments nail polishes are such nice colors :) Couldn't resist it at all..

Essie "Braziliant" are such gorgeous summer-y colors! I don't know why I'm missing one color. :( I'm pretty sure I grabbed them all. Made me sad.

I love my Lucido-L Hair Treatment so much (I'm on my 2nd bottle) so I thought why not try the Pink one which suppose to give you "soft waves" :) We'll see.. 

I also bought some essentials such as shampoo/conditioner and nose peel.

After Imperial, we all decided to go to "boobies" cafe as Angelique calls it. Hahah! We went to GZ cafe where the servers wear lingerie. It's an experience all right. Hahaha!!!

Ordered Avocado shakes.. the server in her boobie covered by pasties and almost none existent butt assists us and she is very friendly :)

That concludes my day yesterday.. so much fun!! and my aunt gave me a hello kitty necklace. It's so cute!!! :D I almost squealed when I got it :)

You should not wear lens to sleep or for more than 8 hours. Always wash your hands before putting them and when you're taking them out. Always use eye drops if you feel like your eyes feels dry. Again, don't use these kinds of lens if your eyes are too sensitive or if your doctor tells you not to.

First of, I wanted to let my readers know that the shipping is amazing! I have received the lens in about 2 weeks, and for me that is fast already! I remember before I used to buy my lens to this website that sells it by batch, and it took forever for me to get my stuff. I also like how it came with super cute animal lens! I wish all my lens has cute animal cases now. :)

I wore these lens to IMATS and I wore it around 11am -- that's when I got out of the house and went to pick up Angelique. I didn't bring an eyedrop but I did bring my case just in case my eyes gets irritated along the way. Come 6pm, I'm still wearing my shinny pink (7 hours after already) and I didn't even feel any dryness! Not a minute that I needed an eyedrop to re-wet my eyes. It feels like nothing, like I'm not wearing anything! I went home at around 11pm that night and still did not dry my eyes out! I have astigmatism by the way which is even harder to wear contact/circle lens but amazingly, these shinny lenses lived to my expectation!

I swear these lens are the most comfortable lens I've ever worn! But for those people who wants to have huge eyes, I don't think these lens are the best for that. For me, it didn't seem to make my eyes large. (but that's just me).

I have another Shinny color to review (Green one) so stay tuned for that. I now want to buy the whole Shinny color selection! Hahah :)

IMATS 2011

I skipped IMATS last year.. so I've been so excited about IMATS this year.. I told myself, I'm going for sure, no matter what it takes! Hahaha :)

I went with my friend Angelique (she's also a blogger). We got there around almost 2pm but there wasn't any line in front so we got in right away. Perfect time!!

IMATS is always fun.. so many people that you're already familiar with (popular YT gurus, bloggers, etc) and best of all, so many make up that are discounted :D

are you in love with Mr. Piggy yet? :P

So many stuff going around here.. It's so much fun.. looking around, testing stuff, getting freebies and just looking at the amazing make up stuff they do on people. It's a must go for people who loves make up! I enjoyed myself so much!! :D

After hours of walking around IMATS, Angelique and I went to Yardhouse to get something to eat.. 

Then we went shopping around the area. Got these wedge. They're just so nice, I have to have them. They're only $29.99 :) Bargain!!!

Yeah, I went a little overboard on the lips department :( I don't know what I was thinking.. I could have gotten me a nice palette at INGLOT but we were just too lazy to get in the line. I could have gotten myself a nice blush at MUFE instead of these lippies but I guess, I just got so excited!! :P

Philosophy: Shelter SPF 30

Just a short post.. It's been really hot here in So.cal! I used to use Clinique SPF 50 for sunscreen but I want to try other brands. Went to Sephora today and found this: Philosophy Shelter SPF 30 for body and face. What attracts me the most to this sunscreen is the smell. I hate sunscreen smell but this sunscreen smells amazingly good!!! It does look a little bit shiny when applied but it will go away. It costs $25.

Pinky Paradise Circle Lens and New Haul

At Last!! Another post.. I'm slow this month.. well, even last month.. I need to post more.. I don't know what's going on with me.. seems like I get busy more and more now.. Like they said, "life happens when you're busy" hahaha.. I guess I need to get back on track!

It's 3:17am.. Adrian is still awake beside me playing "bookworm" on his iPhone.. while I'm blogging and half watching "LIE TO ME" which is a Korean Drama (which I'm loving right now!)

I just wanna make a quick blog post about the stuff I got and some stuff to review :)

Jason from Pinky Paradise (with the recommendation of Ms. Eki) contacted me to review some lens for their website. I chose the Shinny Green and Shinny Pink as they are highly recommended by Eki for being so comfortable. I have grown to love wearing lenses so I was very excited :) The lens came in in less than 3 weeks which made me even happier :) They also included cute animal cases which made me squeal! :D I Can't wait to review them!!!

They don't make my eyes that large though - that's the first thing I've notice which I don't mind as I already have large eyes (in my opinion).

Hmmm.. I've been naughty and bought myself another perfume! I'm on a perfume kick..  It's just that its smells so good and the packaging is absolutely beautiful!

and then I couldn't find my Nars Angelika (which I totally love!!) so I got me another one.. It's just too pretty and light glitters on it, perfect for a night out blush :)
