BF/GF Anniversary & Some Stuff

I couldn't sleep. I know, I've been MIA again. There's no excuses. You're probably tired of me saying about me working doubles now that's why I couldn't post. Blame it more on my laziness and lack of motivation. But really, it's work. Gotta pay the bills. *Joys of being a grown up*

Last September 11 *I know, what a date to celebrate D:* We celebrated our 5th year as Boyfriend/Girlfriend. Yes, even if we are now married, we still celebrate that very day that we became couples.

This picture was taken when we were just 19 and he was 20. (I am now 24, and he's 25). Time flies so fast but I can very much say that whatever butterflies I used to feel before, I still feel whenever this man kisses me

Overall, that day was so much fun especially if celebrated with the one you love :D

Oh, I saw some stuff at Sephora. New Hello kitty stuff!! I want!! :D

Haul and Update :)

Hello lovelies!! It's been awhile since I did Haul posts and if you know me, you know I love reading about haul posts to see the latest buys and what's good to buy and what not.

This is a collective haul. Didn't buy it all in one day.

Note: I purchased everything in this post with my own money.

First off, is this Hard Candy Blush. I haven't bought any make up lately.. I'm glad of how I've become with make up. I used to buy weekly before. Now, lucky if I buy one or two item in a month =) I saw this one at walmart and thought that the packaging is cute. Reminds me of the blushes at Benefit. However, didn't like the brush. I use my MAC blush brush when applying this.

Then saw this at Intimate basics at the mall and thought it was really cute! Hello Kitty flannel shorts for only 2/$15! Great buy! Plus its super comfy :D

Another make up item I bought this month: Dior Lip Polish. It's not that pigmented but it makes my lips smooth. When my lips are dry, I just apply this and voila! My lips look smooth and hydrated :) I partner this with any lipstick. I love how its not sticky!

My guilty pleasure: Shoes! It was on sale for $70 at Nordstrom Rack. I love it so much! It was love at first wear! :D It's super comfy and when I first walk into it, my feet felt happy! LOL! No kidding! It was really comfortable like my rainbow flip flops! LOL! It's meant to be! Haha! Super love!!!

Then the hubby gave me a Panasonic Lumix DMC G3 for our bf/gf anniversary. It's so cute and small! It's very light and easy to carry around.

Don't know the settings yet but I'm trying to play with it little by little :D

and lately, been going out a lot with my co-workers! Fun people to be with. They make my work place bearable, with all those crazy people there. :) Work place is so much easier when you are friends with the people around you. ♥ So sometimes, we bond outside work.

This is the first time I heard about Baviphat brand. I was curious so I went ahead and agreed to try it. All year long, I have been off foundation. I like BB Creams better than most foundations. Why?

Baviphat Sugar Girl Moist Collagen BB Cream claimes to CONCEAL, SMOOTH, MOISTURIZE, and PROTECT. It also helps with the healing process of a troubled skin like when its peeling or after a laser treatment.

This BB Cream is actually cheap for 30mL. Lasts a long time because little goes a long way!

Dotting the BB Cream on my face... You only need a little bit. Spread it on a clean, moisturized face.

During summer, I get dark. I am usually NC 35-40 (MAC foundation) so this BB Cream is actually light on me. I think I rather use this BB Cream during winter when I get a little bit lighter but for those NC 25 and below, you're good to use this.

As you can see, it does leave a white cast on pictures because of the built in SPF on it so I don't recommend this during night outs and taking pictures, unless you want to look like casper or a coke-r.

It's easy to spread, the skin absorbs it well, and it leaves like a powdery finish so I didn't even need any finishing powder after. I have dry skin though so I need a moisturizer before I even apply this or it will look dry on my face.

Overall, I do recommend this BB cream. The price is right and it works, as long as you won't use this while taking pictures at night. The lasting power is great as well (I'm not sure for those who have oily skin). I didn't have to re-apply powder or cream through out the day. The product claims to be waterproof, so I like using this during hot sunny days because its light and well when I sweat, it doesn't get smudged off.

Hahaha! So it's Adrian's birthday on Labor Day. Thank goodness I was off, or else I won't be able to call off. They have this memo at work where it says "No one can call off unless permitted by the Supervisor" So I guess the only way you can't be at work is when you are dying. lol!

So unlike last year, we had a very simple celebration this year. We didn't go on a 3 days vacation like we had been doing for the past years because of work and school. :( Nonetheless, it was still fun.

HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY ADRIAN!!!!!!! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!

He's such a cutie huh? I believe he was 5 yrs old on this pic :) I hope my future baby boy will look like him ;D

I chose his cake - Sansrival! So yummy!

I don't know what else to give him. We didn't have much budget this year but I was able to get him a guitar (he's been playing guitar since 6th grade :D) and a Lacoste school bag. I wanted to get him more. Maybe when I get rich! Ahahah :)
